Catalogue for a fifty-year retrospective celebrating the gracefully whimsical work of notable industrial designer and ceramicist, Eva Zeisel. Published in conjunction with the exhibition organized by Le Chateau Dufresne, Musee des Arts Decoratifs de Montreal and the Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service. The cover image, one of the most iconic photographs of Zeisel's designs, is a nested stack of white Hallcraft/Century bowls and platters (1957) - so reminiscent of Harold Edgerton's famous shots capturing a milk drop as it strikes another layer of milk. Softcover, profusely illustrated in b/w and color with 150+ images of Zeisel's beautiful organic and modernist product designs.
